Kari worked in restaurant franchising for 7 years prior to joining Cybertary. She is also a small business owner with her husband in the Pool Service Industry.
She has extensive experience with Intuit products including QuickBooks and Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Her contributions to small businesses over the last 11 years include restaurant management, insurance, data entry, office management, bookkeeping, payroll and new business start up. Kari has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences and Chemistry from CSU, Sacramento.
Mary Lynn Porter
For more than 20 years, Mary Lynn has worked as a legal assistant and transcriptionist. She has experience preparing correspondence, legal pleadings and appellate briefs. Her transcription experience includes court hearings, interviews and focus groups. She has extensive experience with Word, WordPerfect and Excel.
Mary Lynn holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Education from The University of Alabama.
Kristyn Price’s strong skills in time management, multi-tasking and organization lead to completion of on-time, superior quality projects. She applies this to all areas of business. She has over 9 years’ experience in the medical industry and holds a degree for Medical Transcription. She has experience with both medical and city government transcription.
Stephanie Gnadt is an accomplished administrative professional with considerable legal experience including seven years as a Tax Paralegal at a leading firm. She has also worked in employment, business, and family law. Her critical thinking skills and attention to detail can be applied to other areas of business administration including research, project administration, transcription, document creation, and records management.
Stephanie is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Superform Tax, Clio, TabSoft, and several transcription programs. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. While in school she served as the President Pro Tempore of the student Senate and interned for former Wisconsin Senator Herb Kohl.
Alana has a degree in graphic design with 10+ years experience in web design and maintenence. In addition, she has 15+ years experience in office administration, bookkeeping, and purchasing. Alana worked in the telecom industry as the assistant to CEO's and CFO's, was the Marketing Director for an international non-profit for 5 years, and worked in a manufacturing environment as a purchasing analyst/forecasting and inventory control. Her background in finance allows Alana to maximize every dollar spent for our clients business growth, while staying within budget constraints.
Alana is fluent in Quickbooks, MAS200, Great plains, Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop, InDesign and Quark Express. She has also worked with SQL reports importing raw data into excel for analyst reporting.
Pat has worked full time as a medical transcriptionist for more than 28 years, with the last 10 years as the lead transcriptionist. In addition to transcribing patient history she has experience transcribing office meetings and correspondence, and is an expert in Microsoft Word.
Her marketing experience includes sales tool creation, brand management, business processes, and administrative work. She is also an avid technology enthusiast. Additionally, she has many years of experience with Microsoft applications, Adobe, and Intuit products.
Tina has a Masters of Business Administration from UC Davis and a Bachelors of Science in Computer Engineering from Sacramento State.

Valerie has over twenty years of professional business experience. Her first career included 14 years with Federal Express. In her role as a senior manager she learned all the skills and tools
necessary to run a successful facility. In her last year before departing to work at Hewlett Packard, Valerie was awarded senior manager of the year, FedEx station of the year, and received the HR leadership award. In her 9 years with Hewlett Packard Valerie has managed technical support teams, gained marketing experience as the global new product introduction manager and most recently provided global operations support for HP Services off-shoring efforts.
Valerie has her Bachelors Degree in CIS and her Masters Degree in International Business from Golden Gate University.
